What do we do?
In recent years, Versluys has realized some remarkable landmarks, including One Carlton (Knokke), the Blanke Top (Cadzand-Bad), One Baelskaai (Ostend) and the Ensor Towers (Ostend). The realization of the ‘Oosteroever project’ is an important milestone for the group with the construction and development of a completely new urban district in the historic harbor docks of Ostend.
In recent years, in addition to its already existing exclusive residential branch, the group has further expanded the horizon with a broader real estate diversification. A consequence of this is the establishment of the subsidiary ‘Versluys Logistics’, which specializes in logistics real estate. Versluys Logistics is currently realizing the unique ‘Cargo Village’ project at Ostend-Bruges airport.
