The portfolio of Alychlo is rapidly evolving. In order to give the necessary attention to all portfolio companies and to work on new investments at the same time, it has become opportune to recruit additional support within the team. Therefore we are looking for a Portfolio/Project Manager and an Investment Associate.

Typical Responsibilities:

- Execution of financial analysis and evaluation of investment opportunities (commercially and financially)

- Working with the investment team in all aspects of a transaction: due diligence, modelling, financial research, preparing presentations and other analyses

- Support investment team in implementing and monitoring value generating changes at portfolio company investments, act as external board member

- Assisting in the exit process, the sale and realization of generated values at investments

Profile of investment associate

CV/track record

- Excellent university background in Economics, Engineering or comparable

- 2-4y of total experience in investment banking, consultancy, M&A advisory, Private Equity or equivalent corporate position(s)

- Proven analytical skills and capable of building typical
corporate finance models (e.g. DCF, LBO, refinancing, …)

- Fluent in Dutch, English and French

Personality

- Strong team player

- Intrapreneurial self-starter with a drive to succeed and ability to work independently

- Respectful, willing to listen and learn quickly

- Getting-things-done mentality, committed, willing to go the extra mile

- Structured, factual and objective communication

- Highly ambitious and energy level

Role of investment associate

Therefore, the Investment Associate will be an integral part of the Alychlo investment team and will actively participate in the different steps of the investment cycle.

 Working with the investment team in all aspects of a transaction: due diligence, modelling, financial research, preparing presentations and other analyses
