Ekopak listing on Euronext Brussels commences on 31 March 2021

Today, Ekopak NV (the “Issuer” and, together with its wholly owned subsidiary, “Ekopak” or the “Company”) announces that the final Placement Price for the private placement to Qualified Persons only (the “Private Placement”) has been set at €14.00 per Share (the “Placement Price”) and that listing and first trading of the Shares on an “if-and-when-issued-and/or-delivered” basis on Euronext Brussels (the “Listing”) will commence on 31 March 2021.
